We are a group of property owners at 20 Street and 20 Ave in NW Miami. Together we own around 167,000 square feet of property on one of the largest wholesale districts in Miami. The owners in this association are as follow:

The main intention of the group is to present our selves to new business opportunities, either to other similar wholesale centers around the US and explore the possibilities to merge in new ventures, or to present our selves to investment companies or individuals to again explore ways to form venture opportunities. If the intention is there, to buy us out, there has not been a better opportunity to do this and acquire a huge lot of properties (167,000 SQ-FT) well located and ready to do business as a group.
